    Very unprofessional. The actual appraiser was on his phone out front majority of the time, while his apprentice went around and did the assessment. Did not use similar homes to compare and was off over 400 sqft on their assessment. The apprentice argued with me about the square footage however, they resubmitted their appraisal with a different square footage after we had talk but with no new comparisons. I would not recommend doing business with them and they are fortunate that banks use their service.
